Could anyone please inform me on how a woman who wants to go under the knife to become a man does it ? I mean how is it done ? do they replace the penis with a female vagina ? and then does the woman produce sperm or what ? So , i can simply change my sex just becuz i want that ?? Becuz i heard that people who do transexual surgeories do have male and female sexual organs !! is it true ... Please answer me cuz its important

For male to female transition, they basically hollow out the penis, turn it inside out and push it back up inside, creating a vagina. Then there are hormones which make the breasts grow some, although many M2F transitions also get implants. The hormones also help the voice rise to a higher pitch and stunt the growth of beards and masculine body hair. Transgendered women do not have uteruses or ovaries and cannot conceive or bear children.

For female to male transition, it's a lot more difficult. There are three or more surgical procedures for a full transition.

"Top" surgery, which is a radical double mastectomy (removal of both breasts) along with reconstructive surgery to make the flattened chest look natural.

Complete Hysterectomy to remove the ovaries and uterus.

And finally, "Bottom" surgery, which is optional and which many F2M transitions pass on having. The success rates of making a functional penis artificially are pretty poor. Most artificial penises do not become erect, and if they do, have no sensation worth talking about. No, transmen, as they term themselves, do not produce spermatazoa.

F2M transitioning people also need to take hormones on a regular basis, via injection. The hormones lower the voice and help hair to grow on face, chest, etc.

I dont know the whole ins and outs of it hbut i do know if a male wants to become a female they basically take the penis and split it, then tuck it up inside the body to create a shallow opening. Think of it like peeling a banana. They cannot produce children or anything but with a good ssurgeon and alot of facial reconstructions and hormone injections some transexuals are almost unrecognizable to the average person. Here in Baltimore we have the #1 leading hospital for gender reassignement!

With a woman it s easier, clitoris becomes larger, and if it grows enough from the injected male hormones, you will at least get some sort of male organ, but testicles will not be there. The urinary tract , will flow into the enlarged clitoris. I heard this somewhere and I hope I m right. The woman has it easier in transitioning, because all fetuses are in the first stage, a female, so it s easier for a woman to trans than a man. It s all about the extra male hormones, so at least the clitoris will get larger.

Somewhere over a big sea there is Brazil who have a transsexual-murder rate from about 400+ people in 4 years time. One of the known stories is a transsexual girl who did a street job as what you wanted to do and her mother asked the sun if she can sell matrasses (for beds) at the shop, 8-9 months she did the shop, only on a day a car passes and she got 7 bullets to flatten her down with the ground. Just she looks as a transsexual. Why people kill prostitutes, cause some freaks call it a disgusting person and why prostitutes are raped, cause they are pleasure OBJECTS to throw away with the trash. As Brazil throw 400+ transsexuals away. And mostly they all do sex-jobs. You need to protect yourself to know how people SEE YOU doing a street job.

When a woman becomes a man, the doctors/surgeons/whatever recreated a penis for her in place of her vagina. The penis does not become erect or anything, it's just there. The "man" cannot produce sperm or impregnate anyone.

When a man wants to be a woman, his genitalia gets sliced off and the doctors/surgeons/whatever recreate a woman's vagina for him. It's not like a real vagina, it's just there.

One of my male friends once told me that the people who undergo sex change operations must not like sex because they can never get that feeling again.

um... i do not think scinece has pushed us that far yet. you can choose what a babies gender is but not your own at the present time. you would have to replace more than jsut organs and remove organs to make the switch
