That site is about videos which you can buy and Peter Richardson is listed under R.
Then you could go to google.ie or google.com and just type in Peter Richardson and at the top of the page you will see images. Click on that and you will get about 3000 pictures of people named Peter Richardson and you might find him there.
I don't know what he looks like so I couldnt help there.
There is another site where he will be listed with all the history makers, it is http://www.timelines.ws
You can just google Timelines of History and you will find it
