Acupuncture is one way. I had a bothersome raised scar about 5 inches long after surgery and as soon as the acupuncture treatment was done, the scar was very flat and never bothered me again.
"Other natural treatments proposed for scars, but again without reliable supporting evidence, include: Aloe Vera, allantoin, coconut oil, collagen, elastin, jojoba oil, lavender oil, massage, magnet therapy, selenium, snail extract, tamanu oil, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, and zinc."

In addition to the cortisone shots to shrink the keloids, my dermatologist also recommended using Neosporin Scar Solutions.
