Depends what you want out of the credit card but best internet resource, for any financial issue, is:
http://www.fool.co.uk/ - it is an independent financial comparison website. Please dont think this is a wind-up due to the name of the site!

Do you realise what you are doing? If you are looking for a quick fix then you will soon find yourself in trouble as it has to be paid back and if you only pay the minimum it soon sucks your spare cash in and leaves you needing to borrow more.
Borrow from a relative to get rid of debt but make sure you pay them back. Get the debt monkey off your back and you will start to enjoy life.
Good luck - Do you want a life of debt or a life?

That really depends a lot on what you;re goign to do with it. See http://www.bankrate.com/brm/rate/cc_home.asp for a list.
If you have really bad credit, though, you're not in much position to bargain about terms. Most banks will give you a credit card with a small line if you have an offsetting ablance on deposit with them.

The Money Supermarket is a good place to search. It allows you to put in your own selection criteria. However, if at all poss, steer clear of credit cards.
