Best idea is to go onto the net and find Ryanair then use the contact us button - they are very good at getting back promptly with answers

Sorry to say but with Ryan Air it is one of those things that you need to go to their counter at the airport and show up at least 4 hours before your flight, and do not be one second late. If you are still in the queue when check-in closes, they shut up desk and you will not get on your flight! (I was in the queue dammit!)
I complain too much. There is a Ryanair Forum which you could try. Certain that if you get enough online support for a suggested new route, it is something they would look into.

how about phoning the operator or 118118, youve seen the ads on tv,!!! and just ask for ryanair, simple a,!!
