I do 3 sets of 315lbs. 10 reps each. I can do 450 pounds once. Im 5'11 220lbs and 30 yrs old. I broke the record in high school for strongest bench press with 400 pound lift at 17yrs old and 210 pounds. What percentage of people can do this. Have always been stronger than all of my peers. Does this make me super human??

For a man to be a serious competitor in the bench press, he needs to be moving twice his body weight. For women 1.5 x weight is outstanding. You are much stronger than most men but would need further gains to be "superhuman."
