Those snotty nose babies....gotta' love 'em.
Your child could have allergies. It could be something in the home like, the blanket they sleep with, their favorite stuffed toy, dust, the pillow they sleep on, the carpet or certain clothing.
With my child, a runny nose was always the first sign of an ear infection. Check with your child's Pediatrician first, and then ask for a referral to an Allergist. I did, and we're no longer living with the snotty nose baby anymore.
Good luck-

Its only normal for children to have runny nose unless if they get infected. First thing is to know what make it trigger (pet's fur, dust, perfume, powder, etc.) some children nose are sensitive you know. Then put it away from your child thus preventing the occurrence of runny nose.

Sounds like allergies to me. Could be from food, could be from outside pollutants, could be from airborne allergens. Try some allergy meds. If it's a food allergy, try eliminating some foods and adding them back in. Milk and all dairy products are a good one to start with.
