Where in God's name did your husband work? Yes, you have a case. Go find a human rights attorney in your area -- immediately. If everything you say is true, they'll take your case in a heartbeat. BTW, being flicked in the privates does constitute sexual harrassment and these other things you mention go well beyond workplace hostility and are actually workplace abuse. So get an attorney. If the first one you talk to turns the case down, it just may be because the case is too big and too dirty for them to handle (although they'll never admit that). Keep trying until you find one to represent you.

In my workplace we have a ton of different policies posted. One is about how sexual harrassment isn't tolerated. We've never had to use this as I know of, but it's there. Maybe his workplace has something like this. It would make the case easier for you probably. Either way it's a crime. Get an attorney and go for it! If these sickos aren't stopped, they'll harrass the next 10 million employees too. Don't tolerate it. Don't be afraid to do something about it. I'm not sure of your husband's current employment situation, but if the big wheels won't do anything about it, by all means, get him to find another job!!

You have touched on a disconcerting problem. I have always wondered why there is always someone at work who chooses to harass their fellow employees.
It has happened to me more than once and I seem to be left w/o solutions.
You probably could take legal action, but perhaps only a civil suit for assault.
Companies should recognize the increasing sociopathy of their employees and set up some kind of mediation board to deal with these issues.

i think of it extremely is unquestionably unfair the way adult males get ribbed or ridiculed in the event that they attempt to ***** that a woman is sexually harassing them. I comprehend that it extremely is lots greater undemanding for a guy to be greater bodily threatening to a girl than that's any incorrect way around yet sexual harassment isn't approximately unquestionably actual acts. I knew a guy who complained to his superiors at artwork with regard to the undesirable attentions of his woman team chief. They took it heavily adequate and he grow to be provided repayment. notwithstanding, all his friends completely took the mick out of him. He grow to be so disenchanted over the whole incident that he even known on the Kilroy tutor to speak approximately his reviews. This made his friends even worse than earlier. the subject could be dealt with in an the two extreme way with the help of employers whichever way around it occurs and make it sparkling that none are perfect behaviour.

Violence and assault are also crimes. Getting "flicked in the privates" can be sexual harassment. Verbal harassment is still harassment, whatever the reason.

if he's stabbing people with forks, that's assault, I suggest you place a hidden camera so you can get evidence of his attacks. p.s. you can get hidden cameras at radio shack.
