I did. It helped with losing my appetite. I now take Extreme N.R.G (energy). Those are pretty good.

Yeah, it's a form of legal speed. I'm serious. I don't lose weight while on it because I still want to binge eat while I'm on it. I take it though when I need energy. I'll take one or two sometimes in the morning, and by afternoon my whole house will be spotless and the lawn is mowed!! It's like I'm manic. Boyfriend comes over and comments on how great my house and lawn look, lol.

yes, it sucks, specially if you are training or working out, because it messes with your heart rate and mind. I wouldn’t recommend any diet pills, just a healthy diet and exercise.
May I suggest taking up some type of Martial Arts like Kickboxing, or Muay Thai.

I did...it helped a little, but not much.
I am overweight...have been my whole life. Not morbidly obese, but several pounds heavy.
The best solution is eat less and exercise more. I just don't have the motivation to do either.

yea i tried it once, it didn't do anything for me, but now, i order phentermine off the Internet, it works really good, i get energy, and my appetite is practically non existent
