Not sure about Spam fritters but Steph's on Dean Street has offerred Spam dishes for years - high quality ones like Chargrilled Spam in a red wine Jus!

And there's more - in the restaurant newsletter sent today she says 'SPAM glorious SPAM. No, I’m not going off on one - I predict the biggest smash (sic!) of the season "SPAMalot" which is about to open round the corner at The Palace, and as we have been totally involved in all the publicity we have created an entire SPAM menu as a support act. So stop muttering about school dinners - let’s face it, they could ruin salad - and come and try it, as feasted on by King Arthur himself'

A great fun restaurant!

Half way down the menu on the right side. Next to the canned possum.
