why is it that through many world civilizatons MEN are those who always talk and want war?

Because when war comes, whether it's wanted or not, it is the men who do the fighting and dying.

Do women ever ponder what it would have been like to say, have marched in formation from Seminary Ridge, on a blazing hot day, over 1 mile of open field, uphill towards Cemetary Ridge, with 100's of cannon pouring shot into your ranks, and then as you close with the enemy sitting behind stone walls, you receive volleys of bullets and double canister of grapeshot? Do you wonder how those men felt as they walked that path, with horrible devastation occuring all around them, yet they did not waver, did not retreat, did not stop? We do, because it was men that did it, and if we'd been alive at the time, we'd have been expected to be there.

The same occurs when we stand on the beaches at Normandy. It is the birthright of men to be in war. Because it is our lot, we study it, talk about it - because we are the ones expected to fight.

Since the beginning of time for man, they have had to fight for everything. The best cave, the best women, the best food and the best watering holes. It is in stilled in every part of their genetic being.

Studies prove (with cat scans) that women use more of the "developed" part of the brain that controls emotions and reactions than man does. We are more likely to think out the consequences of our actions before we react.

We had to develop this, because men use to knock our blocks off if we didn't do as commanded. With all that said, ruling the world is the pits. Why do you think men do it or want to do it? They want the best cave, the best women, the best food, etc.

Men don't start wars because they are bored. They start them because it is prudent to their survival. They fear something is going to be taken or they feel there is something to be gained.

Though women can be very competitive it is nothing compared to a man on the war path.

If a women were President, there would be world peace. The first country to piss her off on PMS day would be gone. The only country that might be stupid enough to try would be Japan. It took two nukes to put them in check. Of course, they don't have much of a military anymore thanks to US.
