Many digital cameras have auto focus, auto flash and auto exposure options. Some require that you depress the shuuter button only halfway and wait a second for everything to adjust --- like Koadk Easy Share Z700 ($125.). You should have a menu which allows manual settings for macro or unusual lighting conditions, such as turning off the flash for taking pictures of the moon..

basically its any digital camera with autofocus... adjustable as in the menu, you can adjust the picture settings
