Do you mean an excel file? If that is the case just click on it and copy it to your desktop.
Do you mean Microsoft Excel? Then go buy it, or get the disk for someone else.

Just downloan it as you would any other file. If you're talking about how you can get Microsoft Excel software, then you need to buy MS Office... Note that there are a few "free" office applications out there that can read Excel format. www.openoffice.org/ is one of them.

You can purchase and download Microsoft Office from www.microsoft.com.
Places like Best Buy and CompUSA often have it on sale.

Contact Microsoft. It's their product and it is easier to simply by it than find an illegal copy of it.
