They sell it all year. And they also have caramel apple cider too. It's even better...especially when it's topped w/ whipped cream and some cinnamon on top!
And that is my dad's favorite drink from Starbucks...I remember a time I got it for him in July, so it's there all year.

I believe in some of the larger cities, they have it all year round,,I know they sell a lot of it in the fall season..
