Well, this has been one of the most debated question for our country.
The govt is trying as hard as it can on capturing Salem as he has the potential to do great harm. Just the fact that the authorities have not been able to capture him is a sign of how dangerous a criminal he is. Such people are mentally unstable and pose a great threat to society. I admire the govt which has been trying to catch the ***hole, but i wish they do something drastic or do a better job of it!
