I have 17 years and I want to if there is any way to become higher. I need some exercis without gaining muscle because i have a little bit of body mass and i dont want it to baecome muscle.

Try doing yoga and/or pilates.

I'm 18 and I wanted the same thing for a while - I've been working on yoga stretches since the summer and i KNOW it's helped out a lot. Concentrating on elongating the body and releasing tension and most importantly - posture.

hey booster, you are talking about getting taller am i right ? if you are talking about getting taller, u can't do anything expect to watch you diet and eat a proper nutrition such as enough protien, iron, calcium, vitamins..etc..etc..

all those other answers DO NOT make you taller, they will help you in your posture thus making you look slimmer and also taller but not MAKE YOU TALLER ! its all in the genes.
