The only way anything could happen with all of your precautions is if you had foreplay that involved penetration of penis, any little leaks even prior to ejaculation. But if your condom had spermicide then I wouldn't worry. Don't worry about it though because you will end up delaying your period due to the stress of wondering if you are or not. (been there)

You do realize that condoms by themselves only work 97% of the time right? Still a high number I know but the fact is that anything can and could happen. Nothing is impossible mearly improbable.

Sounds like you were uber-cautious! I'd say you are quite safe this time, but it is always possible. God didn't fool around with that - He wanted the earth populated and He made it as easy (and pleasurable) as possible. You are probably quite safe, but NOTHING except NO SEX makes you completely safe from pregnancy. Your best chances are using a condom AND a pill/patch together.

Good luck to you!
