Relax. Don't think the world hinges on her answer. Be ready to graciously accept a "yes" or a "no," realizing that a "no" now doesn't necessarily mean "never. If you are relaxed and casual in asking, you have a better chance of getting a "yes." If you come on too strong and too serious, you may scare her away.
I know it feels terribly personal, but really, if you can think more objectively--that if the two of you seem to have the potential for a good fit (and both of you see things that way), she will say "yes," and if not, she will say "no" and you'll keep looking. It really isn't as personal as it feels.

Confidence? You have 2 choices:
(1) Ask her out
(2) Chicken out.
If you choose (1), there is a chance she will say yes and you'll have a date with her.
If you choose (2), you'll definitely not be going out.
I'd play the odds and ask! But that's just me!

Just remember to smile and look her right in the eyes when you ask her... just think to yourself the worst she could say is no.... what do you have to loose anyway.... and you have alot to gain by just having the nerve to ask... some girls like guys that show confidence in themselfves

Smell nice, and be charming. Girls like guys to be funny, but don't try too hard. If you're as handsome as your avatar, I'm sure she'd melt. Don't let this go to your head and be all conceited. realize that you will probably be in that situation many times in life. Ask her in a friendly direct confident way, maybe ask her to jin you for lunch, then small steps, enjoy every delicious minute of it and the anticipation too. If she says no, it wasn't right for you. 3 no's then she has to ask you or don't even bother her.

Here is some weird advice. I always try to asusme that a girl does not like me. Then there is no pressure because I expect that she will reject me. If I get all hyper and excited to talk to her, then it seems more difficult because I feel a lot of pressure.
Also try to believe that you are the prize, not her. You have more to offer her than she has to offer you.
