Take her back. When she gets comfortable that all is forgiven, dump her! You deserve better than to be her standby or her backup plan.
If you both were older, I would recommend telling your friends that you banged her before you dumped her.

She might have serius feelings for you but heres 3 words "DON'T DO IT" Cause if she really wanted to be with you she would have stayed with you a long time ago. I hope you found some good advice I'm just tring to give you my own personal experience.
