You are not getting enough rest - your natural body resistance starts dropping, and the first outcome of that is to develop a cold.

Do you work in the health care field? Whether you do or not, you should take a multi-vitamin, drink lots of water and try the supplement called Airborne.... I have taken it and it actually does work. *Any drug store carries them. (They were created by a school teacher)

You're tired and your resistance is down. I always used to get sick right after finals and spend my whole break in bed feeling awful.

My doctor said that offices are terrible for your health. Bacteria and germs get stuck in the ventilation system (it can get dirty and moldly in there) - so when you work in the office you are constantly breathing in all that crap and that's what gets you sick.

stress and fatigue lowers your body's immune system...making you more susceptible to catching a cold....also at work you in more contact with other people so that could contribute too.
