There is no law against having undocumented residents (or "illegals," as you called them) in someone's home. You cannot employ them or face tax fraud charges. Even immigration officials have to overlook and not deport persons who have entered the country illegally, there are too many to deport and co-dwelling or having them live in their house is not doing anything wrong. Only knowingly harboring someone who has committed a felony is a crime (and entering the country without documents is not a felony at this point).

there's no such thing as "harboring illegals in their house"

illegals rent apartments and live with legal people all over the place, they are not being kept hidden from the authorities like Anne Frank was.

people who are found living with illegals have no fault in the illegals breaking the laws, and it is not a law, nor is it a crime to feed, clothe, or give shelter to illegal aliens. It is only a crime to give them work.

The law says they can get jail, but I don't know how often it is used, if the person doesn't smuggle people or something.
