No, but then again I don't know of anyone who requires an alcohol or drug test to get a driver's license.

Call a local dr.office, ask if they do DOT drug and alcohol tests. DOT tests are for truck drivers. If they dont they should be able to tell you of a clinic that does. What you need is an occupational health clinic. Hope this helps.

why do you need a alcohol drug test for a license? In Tennessee you dont even have to have one of those to get a CDL

Try a doctors office. I never heard of that before, but I guess it is a good idea. It sounds like something they would do it California.
