My ancestors in Ireland were oppressed just like Negroes from Africa were, and for that matter, my jewish ancestors and living relatives were murdered for thousands of years. In egypt, Africa, and germany. Why can't we have our own college fund and advancement organizations? How about WET magazine?

You have the equivalent of WET magazine. Look at all the publications that exclude Black women as "beautiful."
Do a bit of research (as I did) into the modeling world for example. Look up model Karen Alexander. You'll find that a fashion and beauty magazine put her on the cover and got letters about it. If I recall correctly, one person said, "How dare you put a black woman on your cover? I do not find her beautiful."
As a kid, I was excited at first to read articles entitled, "Makeup for every skin tone," only to find out they didn't include makeup for MY skin tone. It was too dark to consider including, and I'm not even that dark.
This wasn't centuries or even decades ago! But is the still lingering effects of slavery - if not an outright hatred or disdain, a systematic exclusion from being considered as good, smart, attractive, safe, interesting or in general as valuable as White people.
Be happy you've never had these experiences, despite what your ancestors had.
Egypt is in Africa, BTW.

How come it's okay to have All Black schools Or All Hawaiian Schools. I'm not racist I just wonder where the balance is. Cause if there was ever an All White School people would be screaming RACIST!!! But an all black school is just fine. I'm confused. Why can't people just get over all the things that didn't even happen to them. My ancestors walked 'the trail of tears' but I'm not complaining. I don't blab that I'm not treated fairly cause I'm a native american. Boo Hoo, crap didn't happen to me so what right do I have to complain.

you are still a slave.. More programmed the ever.. The man don't even have to whoop your *** to get you to work.. He'll give you some credit and let you collect debt and boom.. A volunteer slave.. Affirmative action is inherently hypocritical. It's a form of racism. The program implies that blacks are somehow inferior and need help with getting into college.
If it was only monetary then poor white families would also benefit from it which would make sense. But giving a poor person money so he can go to college just becasue he's black is racism.

LOL. sad thing is, is not only did some of those black CHOSE to come over KNOWING they were going to be slaves. but some were sold by their own people to slave traders. rome took over how many countries and what did they do? they made the people living there PAY tribute. not give them money and special privelages. its time to get over the past. your the only ones in history getting anything out of it, and its been yrs and yrs.

Yeah I'm not a fan of anything that blatantly separates us into categories of race... like that new Survivor show... I just think hey we're all people, let's stop trying to break ourselves into little groups.
