You cannot isolate fat loss. Ab workouts will tighten your ab muscle, but do very little to get rid of the layer of fat that covers them. Diet is the most important thing for fat loss, then cardio. Keep doing your cardio, but cut down on sugar and completely get rid of junk food. Ex: Candy bars, ice cream, potato chips, fried food(french fries), fast food etc... Get your carbs from rice or pasta instead of bread. Your ability to lose weight fast mostly depends on your will power to eat healthy.

This is what worked for me. I did 200 minutes of cardio every week. I did planks and other abs exercises on alternate days. On training days, I did 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then weight training, followed by more cardio.
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
The good news is that for a lot of women, the waistline is the first to go!
Good luck!

You really need to run for more than twenty minutes a day.
Your muscles and liver carry enough glycogen (starch) to perform strenous tasks for twenty minutes. Only after you have depleted your glucose supplies will your body begin to utilize fat as an energy source.
All-out exercise is not required. A light jog - or even a walk - for twenty minutes will deplete your glycogen. Then, and only then, do you begin to burn fat.
Do whatever exercise you find enjoyable at this point, be it running, weightlifting, cardiokickboxing, etc.

Okay here's the most important thing to remember. NEVER EVER eat until you feel Full. Keep up the awesome exercise. Eat until your still a little hungry but satisfied. Don;t go back for desserts. Ever. It's going to be TOUGH. But if you really want that fat loss, deal with it! :)

Well I would say diet and get a lot of cardio in everyday... Try as much as you possibly can to jog for at least an hour and do sit-ups or crunches to help it get lesser and lesser. But this will take a good diet with a lot of water everyday, I suggest at least 80 ounces.

Sit ups may be too tiring and cause you to lose interest fast plus if you're not doing it properly it could also hurt your back.
Try doing these
CRUNCHES> While lying on your back, either with knees bent (feet flat on the floor) or knees raised up and bent 90 degrees. Maintain your back flat on the floor while hands behind your head, reach for your knees (no need to touch)
Feel the flex of your tummy with each "up" motion
HALF SIT UPS> Almost like full sit ups, just dun go all the way up. no need to touch the knees.
LEG RAISES> Hands behind back, lie flat on floor, keep legs straight and raise feet up and down while maintaining feet always at 6 inch off the ground.
Lots more...

You need something to get you sweating, your heart pumping, and your "abdomen muscles" working.
Jog for ONE hour, and start up with fifty sit-ups a day (200 by the end of the week) And research more exercises to get yr muscles working.
