is it easy to put together a bowflex machine?

i dont want to be stuck with putting it together for hours

It depends on how good you are at putting those kinds of things together in the first place. Bowflex says it takes 45 minutes. I'd think it is more like 2 to 4 hours. Good Luck! :)

It's big and heavy. It's better if you have help. But the directions are good.
