We didn't tell China to hire little kids to work for almost nothing did we?
Alot of us (except the money-mongering ones) do not like this fact, but there is nothing we can do about it.
I don't call them criminals. I call them illegal, and they need to apply for a visa/green card/citizenship.
My main problem is that they are sucking my tax dollars for health care for these illegal immigrants that don't pay taxes. I would have no problem if they just paid taxes.
Please learn correct grammar, spelling, and don't pretend to know what I think. My house was built many years ago not by immigrants, but by the first owner's own hands. The pizza in my area is cooked by legal citizens. I don't eat cauliflower. The low inflation I'm enjoying? Bull! Inflation doesn't change because of illegals. It changes on how much metal they government has. (I think they switched from gold to something else.) The surplus in President Clinton's reign? I had less money then than I do now. Chinese items I get because they are cute? Well, guess what?! I don't control the sweatshops and I can do nothing about it.

You are ignorant and biased because you are illegal. You take positions away from those who have been trying to get in this country leagally for years and then you use our resources by obtaining social security cards of OUR family members who have passed on. That **** has to end! I am african american my boyfriend is hispanic and he and I both feel the same, If you cant speak the language and then you want me to have to learn it to talk to you then you can just kiss my ***. It took his father 5 years to be a citizen and you can just come here and be illegal and try to justify why you should stay. Save it! Oh and by the way look at the work Illegal slowy Il-Legal if you look it up it basically means some the that is not legal or against the law which makes it a crime a punishable crime duh.

This is not a very good argument.
1. It is a misdemeanor, just not often enforced as such.
2. The problem is the ongoing drain of funds from schools and services.
"But this year, a 190-mile stretch of riverbank that includes the small border cities of Eagle Pass and Del Rio became a "zero-tolerance zone." If apprehended by the U.S. Border Patrol, illegal immigrants are prosecuted by federal authorities for a misdemeanor, sent to jail for 15 to 180 days and then deported. If they are caught illegally entering the country a second time, they are eligible for a felony charge of illegal entry and as much as two years in federal prison."

No I don't like illegals. And yes a illegal is a criminal act and it is a crime and there are laws on the books in regards to immigration and penalties for illegal immigration. And they are not good enough or strong enough. maybe are immigration laws here should be as tough as I don't know, MEXICO maybe.
How dare you come to MY country ILLEGALLY and demand rights, and act like you have the right to be here, and are entitled to all the right as is though you were a citizen. I don't owe you a damn thing. If you want rights like the rest of us then come here legally and you will get them. you are a drain on our economy, Are raising our taxes so we can pay for your medical care That most will never pay for. You use our welfare system or abuse.
Why do you think you should have the same rights as me in this country?
When my family came here they applied waited and came here legally. why is that not OK for you.

And exactly how does anything you said justify, for example, an American citizen living apart from his legal wife and child -- who after two years, are still stuck in Canada -- at the very back of the LEGAL immigration line? How warped is it to believe that that's acceptable?
And oh - my - god! You don't see a white, "highclass" person working in construction? Are you BLIND? Or maybe it's just because illegals and PC-quotas have stolen these jobs from them. Our entire family was living comfortably on my husband's job alone -- until he took some time off to take care of us when I broke both my legs. There were no suitable openings available by the time I was back on my feet, and we had to move over 100 miles just to get another job in construction -- making LESS than he was before!
UGH!

The costs of illegal immigration to the taxpayer are numerous, but the largest costs are education of their children, emergency medical care and incarceration for those arrested for crimes. Despite being ineligible, illegal aliens also get welfare the same way they get jobs: with identity documents falsely identifying them as U.S. citizens. In addition, if they have U.S.born children, they may collect welfare assistance in the name of those children. The annual net cost of illegal immigrants (after subtracting their tax payments) to the American taxpayer is likely to be more than $45 billion.

Well if we work and don't pay taxes every year, what do you think happens to us?
Why should you be allowed to get away with it.
And you know nothing about Americas economy.
The fast food and car wash you speak of comes mainly from part time high school students...legal ones.
What low inflation?
I have worked in construction...I'm not illegal.
America has more legal farmers than illegal by far.
See if you were legal and went to school, you would know these things.

do you really think this forum is going to change minds? This is a very polarizing issue, especially if you are an American who feels that they are competing with illegal residents for jobs (never mind that they won't do some of the jobs, or aren't skilled enough to do them).
Even if people who decry illegal immigrants enjoy the fruits of their labor, those fruits are not necessarily labeled "produced by illegal immigrant labor", so it's a bit difficult for them to avoid those products.
I'm not a fan of people who bash illegals, but I think your tone is wrong and your argument lacking.
