Yes I believe this is true. When people are drunk they are not in their right state of mind.. and therefore have no boundaries or limitations. They have no inhibitions. They just speak and are not thinking about the repercussions as you would when you are sober. When you are sober, you may think or feel a certain way but won't say anything about it in fear of what someone else might say/ feel. If someone else might get offended. When you are drunk , you are not thinking that far. You are just thinking about whatever is in your head- and you say it. Some people know how to control it, others do not. It all depends on how much you drink !

A drunk mind speaks without inhibitions. These inhibitions are useful and actually mold our character. A sober mind is in control, so no, a drunk mind does not speak a sober mind. A drunk mind speaks nothing of what's contained in the sober mind, rather it speaks of anything it wants, true or false.

Drunk people ramble on & on sometimes, and then usually have no idea what was said the next day, so I wouldnt put too much $$$$$$$ on that theory!!!! If you get into a relationship based on a few beers, maybe you should drink a few!!!!!!!

Never............the drunk mind is always confused. Most likely the drunk mind thinks it is always right and in control.

I think you are more likely to say what's on your mind when you are drinking. You're inhibitions are lowered so you're more likely to be babbling away things that you really think, but were too cautious to say sober.

very true...you're less inhibited, so things that you might be scared to say sober, you have no problem saying after you've been drinking.
