Your local GNC or store like that carries "formulas" to flush your system. Be careful though. Now, many testers are recognizing too clean pee also. Take these formulas way ahead of when they tell you too. Afterwards, take a heafty dose of B Vitamin complex vitamins, which will help make your pee yellow, and a hefty protein shake, protein is normally present in your pee too. If it is a hair test, no quick fix.

If its in the morning piss before you go. All the **** in your system builds up in the morning and the marijuana would be most present at that moment. Combine this with all the above and you should be fine. Dont do shots of vinegar. That sh its disgusting as fuc k and it made me puke like crazy.
