Hi Monica, I'm wondering if you might have fibromyalgia, because your symptoms sound just like mine as far as the bone pain. Actually, my pain is pretty much everywhere if I don't take my meds, but I'd like to suggest you try OTC meds to see if they help. I take 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime for daily pain management and take tablets of Arnica, a homeopathic herb, as needed whenever I have flareups. The first link below has ordering information for Arnica. I hope you can find relief. Best wishes to you.

Hard to say with out knowing more like your age, weight, body shape, etc... I glanced over your other questions and see where you seem to work a lot, that can contribute. You might have a poor diet, lack of calcium, lack of vitamins can cause non specific pain. Stress can cause pain, there is too many things that can cause what you are going through to pin it down to one thing.
edit
At 26 I am hesitant to say arthritis, but that might still be a cause, your a tad bit young. However if you live in the country I would be curious if you had a tick bite, that can cause what you describe. I would be concerned about diet, take a multi vitamin, that can help. Unless your allergic to it, I suggest aspirin, that is an excellent analgesic for the home.

Monica if you are under 30 then get your but in the gym and work your way back to health. If not, then see a doctor and drink some milk to preserve your bones!

It sounds like the cartliage is starting to disapate from between the joints. As far as what to do I think they can inject cartilage into some areas but not all. good luck to you.
