For very very beginning driving...my grandfather used to take me to school parking lots just to get used to how the car handled, how to break, and how to pull into parking spaces.

I heard them talking about this on the radio one time and some people were saying that they did their very first driving in cemetaries. Their parents would take them to cemetaries to drive, because there are roads and not much traffic.

So, get the basics here and then go out into the residential streets.

its goes forever and thats very lil traffic
