I would say dramatically undercut your local kennel, but still turn a decent profit. If a kennel is £15 per dog, charge something like:

£10 a day for two dogs EXCLUDING food.

Owner provides the food and all the necessary toys, leads etc.

I have no idea but a lady who visited my house every day to feed our cats charged £9 a visit and a kennel can be anything up to about £15 a dog a day.

Well, assuming your feeding them, cleaning up after them and walking them twice a day, I'd reckon at least 10-15 quid per day, so £140-210

It depends if you are paying for their food or not. If they are good friends and supplying the food, then do them a favour. If not charge about £10 a day.

depends on how you'll take care of them...

Are they staying with you? In or out of the house? Do you have to take them for walks?

Are they staying at their home and you have to drive over there twice a day to care for them? Consider transportation charges...
