Depends, Is the black man a Reverend? Has the white woman ever served in America's Armed Forces? What are their running- mates like? Is the woman named Clinton and the man named Powell? There are just too many variables to deal with.
If I have to pick just on what you have asked, then I choose the black man. As President there are issues that may come up that women were just not raised to stomach.
Question for you. There is a small African village in Somalia. It is full of women and children (over 100) Rebels have been using this location for small arms storage. Our systems have detected that within the last 12 hours, they have been using this village as a rally point and will launch an offensive from this location to overthrow their government, our ally. Do you destroy the village?

Assuming all things are equal, I would vote for the black man. The reason being, in many parts of the world, especially the Muslim world, women are still not respected in positions of leadership. Hence, from a standpoint of viability in the global arena, I would elect a black man.

long previous due. not just about as alluring as a conservative black woman working for president nevertheless. :) What some community American? long previous due for that besides. I truthfully have faith our society has moved way previous being concerned approximately race and intercourse of their applicants for the main section. What human beings easily desire is an trouble-free chief who shares comparable political comments.

The one who has the more commanding presence about him/herself.
As a sidenote, despite being a white male raised deep in the heart of Dixie, I'd vote for Colin Powell in a heartbeat! I'd vote for Hillary Clinton only if hell froze over!
