Well...do you really need 7 mega pixels. My camera has only 5 mega pixels but it has a 12x optical zoom. It's a Fuji S5100 and I LOVE it. I am a photo geek. The camera takes great photos and makes me look like a pro. I have recommended it to so many friends that I know of at least 7 who have bought it. I bought mine from Wolf camera at a very good price. I think Sam's and Costo online may carry it as well. Happy shopping!

i bought an olympus SP-350 for only $200 at costco.com and 18 of my friends bought one after seeing it.
it is also on sale at www.outpost.com right now for the same price if you don't belong to costco.
8 MP and tons of features.
