If your a Christian with a real faith in Christ, you have already given your life to Christ. Nothing can take that from you.
Of course you would be scared, but nothing - not even what you may be coerced to say - can take you from the hands of Christ...not even death.

I really don't know what I would do in this situation.
In modern times, we see Islamic extremists holding this "convert or die" stance.
Don't forget, during medieval times
occurrences of forced conversion to Christianity, like the
Spanish Inquisition happened all the time.

If I had no religious background, I would hope I would still be smart enough to see through Islam.
You cannot force anyone to Love God.
Love is not a forcible emotion.

No, I would hope and pray that I wouldn't compromise my own religious beliefs by capitulating to anyone. I don't know if I'd be able to be firm in the face of that threat, but I can only hope that I'd be strong enough.

if i had no religious background then i would. But since i do, i would not consider converting to another religion if this one threatened me.

I would never convert to Islam. They can kill me if they want. The greatest part about being dead in this case is going to see JESUS!!!
