I hear that Johnson & Wales in the New England area is outstanding. Next, I'd say the Culinary Institute, either Hyde Park, NY, or the CIA at Greystone in Napa Valley, CA.

The French Culinary is the best forget CIA and Johnson and wales, the curriculum may be similar but the contacts, instructor experience and surroundings is what makes FCI the best. I went there so email me if you have questions about it.

My pal were given universal into Johnson & Wales in windfall, RI. From what I heard its a greta culinary college! it isn't too problematic to get into, in spite of the indisputable fact that it really is amazingly expensive. :/ Emeril graduated from there. ;)
