Nothing off of a registry, that they will use for a few years and get rid of. I want somthing special for them. I want the bride to know how much it means to me that she picked me to take this role. I want it to be something from the heart. Please help me ! I have about a month to do this. Any suggestions would help!!!!

Do a honeymoon gift basket for them. Put in scented candles, wine and wineglasses (maybe personalized ones), chocolates, munchies, satin pillowcases, a CD with romantic music, massage oil, scented bubble bath --- they will love it!

Well, you didnt list a price your working with, but I was just in my boyfriends sister's wedding and my brother was the best man! lol confusing but,, Throwing the parties are important! If you havent done it yet, BUT make sure you know what the bride and groom will accept like strip clubs etc. And my job was to make sure the bride had all of her things covered such as somthing old somthing new somthing borrowed and something blue, make everything special, go to the girls grandma and get an herilom ask the groom for something special for somthing blue like a shirt of his or somthing that you can cutt a lil peice from to pin to the inside of her dress. These are important special things to the bride!! Other gifts you might think of:
*Splurge- Buy them a great new bed !
*Splurge- Buy her a COACH bad and personalize it with Mrs. So and SO...
buy him a COACH wallet and personalize it! COACH.COM
*Get them a throw blanket to snuggle with their married names on it!
*Hire them a decorater for a few hours!!
*Hire a maid for the first few days there back from there honeymoon!
*New stereo to listen to while they make love!!!

Man I've been racking my brain on this one too!! Good Luck and since she choose you im sure she trusts you to help make her day as special as it can be whatever u get they'll love!! Have a great time!! Weddings are soo much fun!!

What I plan on doing for my sister when she gets married is a quilt. Gather pictures of the two of them together throughout the relationship. Depending on how many you can get. Make a blanket or even a pillow case. Go to a shirt screening place and have the pictures converted onto some cloth. Then use the picture cloth in the middle of each or every other square design. I think this will be so special. Also you can almost guaranty no one else will have though of that so no duplicate gifts.

Try www.customweddingsolutions.com

They have lots of cool gifts for the bride and groom. Also, try looking at their attendant gifts page. Many of these items would also make great bride and groom gifts since they can be personalized.

Things Remembered is a great place to buy special gifts for anyone. You can pick out something they will have forever, and have engraved. I've bought a lot of gifts from them, and they have always been really special because you can have whatever you want engraved on the item. I hope this helps, and its very sweet of you to put so much thought into it!
Here's their website, but these stores are in most larger cities in malls.

A personal gift would mean so much more. Make them a scrapbook with their wedding memories, photographs, the invitation, etc. If they are buying a house, you can get them their first personalized keepsake. Such as a door sign with their monogram or welcome mat. Seriously, brides love stuff like that.

When I was maid of honor, I bought them a cook book. inside on the front cover i wrote them a note, dnd then said" the cookies on page 20 look yummy!" and on page 20, I wrote that there was some delicious cake on page 8... and so on. they loved it! and when they invited me over to dinner, she baked me a cake out of it. :)

Please just try to remember that they are already getting an amazing gift from you - it's the fact that you are there to be a part of the most important day of their life!

YOU are their gift!!!
