Because any idiot with a functioning reproductive system can have kids. Funny, you need a license to catch a fish...but NOTHING, not even the appropriate finances to have a baby!

Because picking on someone smaller and weaker than yourself gives some people a power rush and I think alcohol lowers inhibitions then people are more likely to carry out their base impulsives for good or bad.

Because they didn't listen to me when I told them that having a kid was the biggest mistake of their lives. If you don't have $500,000 in the bank, you're throwing yours' and your kids' lives down the toilet. So might as well drink to ease the pain...
