I was watching Oprah last night, it was about the sexual predators out there, and them being caught. What is it with all the sicko's in this world today? Grown men wanting to have sexual relations with children, and them thinking it's okay, and that children should have the right, because they actually want this? Do they just have no clue what right, and wrong is? And half these guys are married with children, and more often then not, teaching children in our schools!! WTF is their issue! And then to get caught on camera, butt naked, and then go and get caught the very next day by the same people, I think this world is becoming more sick every day! And even a firefighter, and police officer helping a youth group got caught! I just don't get it, what the hell is their problems?

It is a perversion and and illness, watch Dateline and see what the men say after they have been caught. It is all well rehearsed. I wanted to get caught, I need help, this is my first time, I didn't know the kid was underage, yes, I always carry beer and condoms in my car. Sick. And they get off with a slap on the hands. I suscribe to ScanUSA, I get a message everytime a sexual predator moves into or around in my community, [and yes, there is one down the street, and around the corner.] The service is free, I got it because I had been seeing all this stuff on TV, and was curious. There is not a week go by that I get at least one report, if not 2 or 3.
In order to understand, think like a predator. He or she is looking for any excuse to make a contact. A bare middrift, short skirt, low cut blouse, all excuses for him to strike. Why? In his/her sick mind it is a invitation, and they are practiced enough, that if they get caught, to use this in court, and blame the victim, and use the word enticement. It is used in rape cases. She wanted it, look how she is dressed.
But, we as a society do entice. Look at the clothing styles for women and children. Look at the comercials on TV, bras, panties, underwear clad models dancing about, all fodder for a sick mind. And I still can't get over red and pink t-shirts with sexy printed across the front, feather boas in pink and purple,in preschooler sizes. And a grown man, dressed up like fruit, singing a love song about underwear. Madison Avenue needs to take a look at what they are doing, and rethink.

I honestly think these type of people have been around forever. I think 1) in the last 20 years we've had soft judges and overcrowded jails 2) In the old days they knew they wouldn't make it to jail..... a dad, or granddad, or uncle ,etc would take care of it while the cops looked the other way 3) It used to be that if they did go to jail, the inmates made them pay for it in awful ways. None of these things happen anymore, so some restraint is taken away from a person who might have had an urge before, but didn't act on it. Now they aren't nearly as afraid of the consequences.

My fiance thinks I'm slightly obsessed with these predators. If I see a grown man looking at a 14 yo old girl like that I get grossed out. I think that these people just feel like they are not doing harm when really these young children are not grown up enough to make that kind of decision especially when you have a worldly adult telling them that it is alright. These people are SICK! They should all be locked up for a very long time. Put them right in the same cell block as murderers, they don't like pedophiles at all. In their eyes, they are the lowest of the scum.

I didn't see the program but I can only add to the distasteful conduct and utter boldness of certain men. On a bus one day I noticed a man sitting across from me looking under my skirt and he was "manipulating" himself! I thought I would be ill. I told the driver as I got off at the next stop!! Another day, on a crowded bus, I felt a hand on my butt! I turned and a man was smiling at me. He made no attempt to remove his hand from my bottom! I told him to take his hand off me and not to touch me again! He just looked at me, calm as could be, and said, "Well, why do you dress like that, then?" I was shocked! I actually trembled. I couldn't think of a single thing to say! As if the way I wear MY clothes gives him permission to touch! I'm afraid the nerves of some ppl have gone thru a serious change for the worse! I wear a long coat whenever I'm on the bus now.

lol....man so much venting goin on......lol I feel you though. Some people need God in their life and are way off track even for this crazy world. Those men are nasty and it is sad. I think on the other hand that it is sad how people are raising their children. Young girls trying to look grown and act grown and all the programs that promote sex and premiscuous lifestyles.....it is sad.......GO TO CHURCH PEOPLE!!!.... Oprah is great though!

The world hasn't changed. It's just that the increasing population + sophistication of TV allows us to find and see the perverts more easily.

What stepjak said. It's always been the same, we just can't do anything to stop it because not everyone can be taught whats right and whats wrong.

you said it... they are literally sick. They don't have the mental capacity to reason like a normal person. They have a dangerous psychological disorder.
