Yes- it is very true- prolonged work wtihout time to relax and have fun can cause to a stress build up that may eventually result in clincial depression, making Jack very dull indeed.

if one has no pleasure and relaxation in life there is a possibility they can shorten their lives or become ill. everyone needs a break from the work routine as this way they can revive themselves for another week. this is why there are vacations along with days off.
