How do you stop yourself from eating candy? Everyone likes it, but when you're on a diet, there is somewhat no way you can stop yourself. Any ideas?

Before you unwrap it and eat it -stop- and ask yourself...What do I want more, this candy that will give me momentary satisfaction, or a hot, healthy body? Before you stick ANYTHING in your mouth, always ask yourself about its nutritional value. DO treat yourself once in awhile, maybe once a week, or else you risk the chance of overindulging more often. But remember if you give yourself that treat, do a little extra cardio to burn off those extra calories you took in. ;-)

I buy sugar free candy. That way if I get the urge to have something sweet(especially around "that" time of the month.), I can have it without all the sugar. But be careful - Sugar free candy may have less sugar, but there's still enough calories in it and can be high in fat. Read labels. :)

Being on a diet myself I know what yo mean. But just pass on it. Don't buy any and you won't have it around to eat. Keep some sugarless gum handy (to give yourself something to chew on.)

And if this doesn't cut it, there are sugar free candies out there to buy. If you go this route, make sure you are not allergic to the artificial sweeteners in it.

I've lost almost twenty pounds just by dropping the junk food from my diet.

Try Hoodia Gordonii it's a cactus plant and it's originated in southeast Africa. You can buy it in dietary supplement form but you have to be careful about what you buy read the labels and make sure that there's no extra stuff in it like energy boosters etc. because it takes away from the Hoodia. Now, what this does is reduce cravings and appetite. You also have to do the work it isn't a miracle pill but it helps. It helped me I'm 50 lbs less.

I limit myself to one or two pieces of sugar free candy a day. If you go overboard with the sugar free candy you regret it later because it takes it toll on your tummy.

Why stop? They are many yummy candies that are sugar free...my favs are Turtles and the red licorice. I guess they're made with sugar substitutes and you can't tell the difference...enjoy!
