I haven't bought from them.

Although they use a co.uk URL they appear to a German based company, i.e their phone number is in Germany and their terms and conditions are bound by German law.

I cannot find a physical address given anywhere on their site and I am instantly suspicious of any such business that doesn't disclose one.*

Anyone can set up a website and promise the earth with just an email address and phone number.

One of their terms says

2. vivinum.co.uk will not be held accountable for corked wine

This is not legal under UK law.

If you really want to deal with the company I suggest how much they charge to ship wines, and whether the UK duty is paid -- otherwise you'll be having trouble with customs.

You could try posting the question on the knowlegeable UK wine forum at http://www.wine-pages.com/forum

*Update -- I found the address at http://www.vivinum.co.uk/info/imprint.html and there is a fairly positive thread about them on the forum at http://www.wine-pages.com/cgi-bin2/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=1;t=006688
