considering the fact that somebody already quoted Sagan (my hero) i will then quote one among my heroines. "Christianity is maximum admirably adapted to the education of slaves, to the perpetuation of a slave society; quickly, to the very situations confronting us to-day.The rulers of the earth have found out some time past what powerful poison inheres interior the Christian faith. it is the reason they foster it; because of the fact of this they circulate away not something undone to instill it into the blood of the persons. They understand basically too nicely that the subtleness of the Christian teachings is a extra powerful risk-free practices against insurrection and discontent than the club or the gun." -- Emma Goldman

I believe that Gandhi's views were the most enlightened of all the political men in our time.
We should strive to do things in his spirit: not to use violence in fighting for our cause, but by non-participation in anything you believe is evil.
