I'm not sure....I know cannibalism is bad, but I've not heard of any non-human human eaters who have suffered ill effects (outside of being killed by humans afterwards). So it would probably be safe.
However, my cat Poppy has a delicate stomach, and I wouldn't want to change her diet.

If we assume 'they' is a term for nature then it could be stated that such an event - and many others - happens at the moment.
All humans are animals, and all animals eventually die as a specific entity and begin the process of decomposition. So eventually the human body is spread asunder and the products of which are consumed by animals, and plants, allsorts.
So a cat would, somewhere, eat a Christian. But no more than the likelihood of a cat eating any other human being. Or a human eating a whale?. Or bits of it anyway !
A good question to answer, hope the above is what you were asking for as an answer rather than inciting a religous hatred.
