I think your referring to a `french letter` which is a slang phrase referring to a condom. you see in the 1930`s and during the war they were not available in your local chemist but you could obtain one buy mail order from France. way back then they were very crude, made from pig stomachs and they were re-used (not disposable) YUCK! anyway the name stuck and as I`m sure you know you if you wear a condom you are not going to end up with an un expected pregnancy or a STI.
I hope that answers your question.

i'm made up to have a french letter on me all the time i'm out trying to have a good time never know when i'll find mr right to help me read it.
so when the french kiss get a bit too over pasionate.that's the time you get the france letter out and get on with it.
don't go out without a france letter,or don't go to bed with anyone without a france letter.you could catch some thing and pass on if your not careful.

Because you would be SO excited to actually get a letter from France (especially if you don't know anyone who lives there) that you would be too busy reading it to have rumpy pumpy.
Then you would have to remember where you put it and read it the next time you feel horny - this should put a stop to anyone getting amorous with you!!
