I feel like my boyfriend and I are drifting farther and farther apart. I love him so much and we've been through alot in the last year and a half. I don't want us to break-up,....what can I do or not do that will make our relationship stronger?

You should just sit and talk to him and see if what the "both" of you can do to make your relationship stronger. A relationship is between 2 people, so both has to be involved actively to make it work!

Sometimes it's just a matter of growing comfortable with each other and it feels like growing apart. A lot depends on your perspectives on the state of the relationship and your consequent approach (and that comes with communicating with each other). But it is always possible, unfortunately, that as you get to know each other you realize you are less and less compatible.

Start by approaching him optimistically and see what sort of a response that gets. If it less than you hoped for, take some time apart (absence makes the heart grow fonder) and see what happens if you two get together after a few days or a week apart.

I think you just need a little spark.
The best way to try to reignite a flame is to do things that bond you guys together. New things that you've never tried with anyone else. Extremes like: sky-diving or bungeeing
Maybe just taking a weekend away from the world and putting 100 percent of attention back into each other. When you stay in the same bubble of people, home, work...things do become stale. Be creative and shake things up for the both of you. Show him how fun, vivacious, adventurous and cool you can be.

Do some things you did when you were first together, try to laugh alot with him...especially if the past has been tough. You need to know that if it's meant to work out,it will and try to relax in that.Nothing is worse than feeling forced to make it work on either side.Giving him space might freak you out but maybe it'll be good for both and you can rekindle the flame easier by how much youv'e missed the other, and surely you will have lots to catch up on!Good Luck!

Tell him that you feel that the two of you arent as close as you once were and see if he can suggest ways to make it better (be open to criticism). Try doing more activities together. Avoid the tv and movies, opt for dinner dates or something that you can do and talk. Make memories together and have fun.

Sometimes a break-up is inevitable. Their are alot of fish in the sea. If it happens, it happens! Go with the flow. Time will heal all. So will a new boyfriend that adores you! Find one, or he may find you when you least expect it!

You need to communicate your feelings and concerns to him to see if the relationship will continue.

Talk to him, tell him how you feel, go on outings with him. Let him know that you are not going to give up without a fight!
