Believe in yourself and what you do but don't take pride in what you do. I never understood that. I guess the main thing is that you can love yourself as long as it is not at the expense of someone else. Be happy with your achievements but also with everyone Else's as well.

and even those who choose to believe in a God should also have belief in themself
we are all wonderful and should take responsibility for our lives
and you arent trying to act better than anyone

That depends on what you mean by believe in themselves.
A person has to believe in themselves in order to do something. If you believe you can make something and you put faith in yourself than you can make it. However if you believe you are greater than your creator you are in big trouble.
