a blender can take all the cutting and chopping out of your hands and is good for finely chopped food.. makes life easier if you like that xxx

a blender is very good when making cream soup and pureeing vegetables and meats as to choping you would be better off wwith a food processor as it chops much better than a blendereven though a blender can chop....a blender is great for when you have done all the meal preparation then you can make you a nice well earned frozen drink and take a break ....they are great for that...cheers

Fantastic for soup, as it makes it smooth and delicious. Good for milkshapes and for making a smooth blend of anything containing liquid. It can be used for home made mayonnaise (by pouring the oil slowly through the hole in the lid). Every blender seems to come with a few recipe ideas: look them up!

I make bread crumbs in my blender. You can add seasonings to suit your taste.

use it to process a secret ingredient

chops it so small or makes a paste out of it then add it to whatever mixture

I use jalapenos in my batter fried chicken

say your making a sauce that has diced ingredients, but for your presentation you want to put your meal in a pool of that sauce, puree' strain and pour.
