Unfortunately you're connecting with the wrong men. When you encounter the one who's right for you, he'll understand you. As far as men in general, men and women will never fully understand each other, we are too different, and it's our differences that make us each unique. Saddly some (if not most) believe different is a bad thing (usually out of laziness), if you accept it however you sure can learn alot. Hope I didn't get too deep man!

it's a 2 way street.. men don't understand women, and women don't understand men.. and there's nothing wrong with that.. what's important is to try and keep the lines of communication open :)

i think what happened with this question was one guy screwed up so the entire male population must suffer on his behalf...not fair plenty of good guys out there...
