It's is a motorbike insurance that I applied for over the phone 3+ years ago.
It was for commuting as well as recreation.

Well, it depends on the insurance company. Each company handles credits different. It also depends on why type of policy you have on the vespa. Is it an auto policy? Is it a motorcycle policy? Is it a recreational vehicle policy?

The credits are usually applied by the company. Why are you filling out your own application? Are you doing this on-line.
