Try washing it with soap and water, but I doubt that will work very well. The ring is copper, correct? Copper causes a chemical reaction in most people that makes the skin in contact with the metal turn green, it will eventually wear off on its own. If you don't want to have a green finger when you wear the ring, I suggest you make it into a necklace.

If your boyfriend is giving you rings that turn your fingers green it is time to get a new boyfriend. As for getting the green off, try soap and water and if that doesn't work try some Comet. Try to clean the ring with it too.

Take it off!!!
I used to have the same problem, if you take the ring off the green goes away. Every month around the girly time, the chemicals in my body would react with the gold on my ring finger and turn it green. So every month around that time i would take it off and the green would go away. I would put it back on when the cycle finished and it was fine. I hope this helped you out.

Oh boy someone got a cheap ring. To remove the green, try using a exfoliate, but carefully because you don't want too damage your skin on your fingers. Don't try to remove it all at one time, it will come off eventually. Good Luck!

Simple soap and water will do the trick. If you still want to wear the ring paint it with clear fingernail polish this will prevent the green from coming back repeat this once a week or so

You just have to wash it really good. It would help if you used some kind of exfolliating scrub soap so it will get off some of the dead skin. Also, if you will put clear nail polish on the ring, it wont do it again.
